NOTICE ON THE MANNER OF SUBMITTING A WRITTEN COMPLAINT OF SERVICE USERS

Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Law on the Provision of Services in Tourism (“Narodne novine” 130/17), we inform service users that they may submit a written complaint about the quality of our services in our business premises and they will receive a written response without delay. Complaints can also be submitted by mail to the address:

We will respond to the consumer’s written complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the receipt of the complaint, so please provide us with your contact address for the delivery of the response to your complaint.
