Toto travel

is a tourist agency specialised in organising different kinds of group and private boat excursions (speed boat excursions, sailing trips, etc.). We offer travel, health, and risk of cancellation insurance.

It is very important that you read our terms and conditions, and that you contact us if anything is unclear. These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you book a trip with us, in addition to your obligations as a customer.

Booking and payment options

Booking through email is obligatory if you are not able to come to our office.
To be able to reserve your place, you should pay a deposit or the total amount of the price.
If you choose to pay a deposit, you will pay the remaining amount when you check-in for your tour at our agency office in Split.

Regarding the payment, we offer 3 options:
– You can come to our agency to pay a deposit or the total amount. You will need to do this at least one day before the tour (if there are still places available, which can be more difficult during the season)
– You can give us the details of your credit card and we will complete the payment from our office
– We can send you our account details so that you can make a direct transfer from your financial institution.

The deposit required is usually 30% of the total amount. Once we have received payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

The agency is obligated to give the customer advice in choosing the most suitable service, but the customer alone is responsible for his choice. Once the tour and availability of the selected date are confirmed, the agency will offer the customer several payment methods from which the customer will need to choose and confirm in order to book the tour. The customer has two working days to accept that proposal and to secure the reservation. The agency is committed to protecting the customer’s personal information which will not be sold, traded, or rented to any third party.

Changes to reservations

Any changes by the customer must be made by telephone, at +385 21 887 055, 00385 99 75 74 222, by e-mail at info@totosplit.com or directly in the agency’s office. Changes that include a change in the number of people attending or the date of the service must be made no later than 2 days before the date of departure.

Toto Travel Agency reserves the right to adjust the price according to the changes in the reservation. The boat excursions depend on the weather forecast and the agency reserves the right to change the date of departure in the case of unfavourable weather conditions. In the case of unfavourable weather conditions, the agency will organise the excursion on the next suitable day or will refund the money to the guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation from the customer must be made in written form, by e-mail at info@totosplit.com, or directly in the agency’s office.
For a reservation canceled between 7-2 days prior to departure, 30% of the total trip cost will be charged
For a reservation cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case the agency has to cancel the tour due to bad weather conditions, the guests will be offered to reschedule the tour, or choose an alternative. In case the offered options are not possible, the agency will issue a full refund.
Also, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour in case the minimum number of participants is not met. In those cases, the guests will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

Equipment

All our boats are equipped with all the necessary safety equipment (safety gears such as life jackets, first aid equipment etc). Our skippers are professionals trained for different weather conditions.

On our tours, they are provided with what is needed to get the necessary assistance wherever they are. Also, we provide our boat tour guests with wind jackets and snorkelling equipment.

HEALTH AND MEDICINE

It is of crucial importance that you notify us if you have any medical problems, use medication, are pregnant, or want to travel with a very small child. Our main goal is to offer top-quality services and we put special attention to safety.
We have the right to refuse the participant to join the trip with us if we feel that the trip is physically and/or mentally demanding for them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our guests are responsible for selecting a trip that is suitable according to their interests and abilities. With any questions or uncertainty, feel free to ask.
Also, if you are uncertain about which clothes or equipment to bring with you, just contact us.
We suggest you wear sunglasses, a hat, and suncream. You can also bring additional clothes to change into, especially if your tour is before or after the summer season.
For any special needs or requests, we must be notified at the time of booking.
Our guests are also responsible for their own behavior.
The Agency is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen luggage or belongings during the trip. Lost or stolen luggage is to be reported to our guide or to the relevant police station.

Age

You must be aged 18 years or older to book a trip. Younger people and children are able to participate in our boat tours, but only when accompanied by an adult or with parental consent.
