Island-hopping in Croatia at its best. Take your time, relax and enjoy the islands at an easy pace. We start our sail towards the Pakleni Islands. This group of islands is packed with small bays. Choose between a calm cove where you can swim in the crystal-clear water and enjoy the quiet of nature or head to Palmizana if you wish to enjoy some drinks and good music.
Hvar town is just across the canal, this old city is filled with historical sights and has kept the Mediterranean charm but with a modern twist. The “Riva” is always filled with luxurious yachts and beach bars and nightclubs are never far away.
has kept the old, irresistible Mediterranean charm and life without stress and trouble even though the whole island was a military base not long ago during the Yugoslavian war.
It is a very specific island with a long history – because of its geographical position it has had many rulers over the years. Vis is filled with natural wonders such as “Stiniva bay” and countless little caves to explore. It also has a lot of military-remains from the Yugoslavian war, such as bases and tunnels where they used to hide ships and submarines.
We continue our sail from Vis towards Brač Island and the town of Milna, a small fisherman village where you can enjoy the last swim or walk along the coast. Milna was known for its shipbuilding and the renowned Dalmatian boat “bracera” was first made here. Besides historical sights, its scenic beauty and irresistible charm of a typically Dalmatian “small town”.
We head back to Split in the afternoon.
After a relaxing sunset boat ride, we arrive back to Split.
